Fitness & Wellness Services
You don't have to be injured to benefit from working with Movewell Physical Therapy & Performance. In addition to physical therapy, we offer fitness, performance, and wellness services designed for people who want to stay active, build strength, and take better care of their bodies.
Whether you're transitioning out of physical therapy, want more guidance with exercise, or simply want regular hands-on care, we offer several options to help you Move Well and Live More.
-
Get Stronger in a Supportive Small-Group Environment
Our Small Group Training program combines individualized attention with the energy and accountability of working out alongside others.
Classes are intentionally limited to a small number of participants, allowing your trainer to provide instruction, modify exercises when needed, and make sure you're moving safely and effectively.
Small Group Training is a great option for people who:
Want to get stronger and improve overall fitness
Have recently completed physical therapy
Want more guidance than a traditional gym provides
Prefer a small, supportive training environment
Want to improve balance, mobility, and conditioning
Want accountability and consistency with exercise
Our workouts focus on the fundamentals: strength, mobility, balance, conditioning, and quality movement.
Small Group Training is limited to 6 people per class.

Train Smarter With a Deeper Understanding of How Your Body Moves
Personal training at Movewell combines strength and performance training with the movement expertise of a Doctor of Physical Therapy.
Instead of simply being given a workout, your training program is developed with consideration for your goals, movement abilities, injury history, previous surgeries, and any physical limitations that may affect how you exercise.
This makes personal training at Movewell an excellent option for people who want to become stronger but also want the added knowledge and experience of a physical therapist guiding their training.
Personal training with a Doctor of Physical Therapy can help bridge the gap between rehabilitation and long-term fitness. Once skilled physical therapy is no longer needed, training can continue with a greater emphasis on strength, fitness, performance, and achieving your long-term goals.
Whether you want to return to lifting, running, golf, pickleball, recreational sports, or simply feel stronger during everyday life, your program can be built around what matters most to you.

Hands-On Care Even When You Don't Need Physical Therapy
You don't have to be injured to take care of your body.
Our Wellness Sessions are designed for people who no longer require skilled physical therapy but still benefit from hands-on treatment to maintain mobility, manage soreness, and keep their bodies feeling their best.
Wellness sessions may include:
Manual therapy
Joint mobilization and manipulation
Soft tissue treatment
Stretching and mobility work
Cupping
Scraping / IASTM
Myofascial techniques
Dry needling when appropriate
These sessions can be especially helpful for active adults, athletes, golfers, runners, weightlifters, and anyone who wants regular maintenance to stay moving comfortably.
