  • We strive to provide the best Physical Therapy services in the area, with an emphasis on orthopedic and sports injuries. Physical Therapy helps reduce pain, restore movement, and improve strength so you can return to daily activities, work, and sport with confidence.

We treat a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, including neck and back pain, joint injuries, sports-related injuries, post-surgical recovery, and chronic pain conditions.

Each visit includes 40-60 minutes of one-on-one care with a licensed physical therapist and a personalized treatment plan. Treatment may include manual therapy, targeted exercise, movement retraining, and injury prevention strategies.

Our goal is not just pain relief—but long-term results that keep you active and moving well.

  • Telehealth Physical Therapy provides convenient, one-on-one care from the comfort of your home. Through secure video visits, your physical therapist evaluates movement, addresses pain or limitations, and guides you through a personalized treatment plan.

Telehealth is ideal for managing pain, recovering from injury, improving mobility, and staying consistent with your care when in-person visits aren’t possible. Sessions focus on guided exercise, movement retraining, education, and self-management strategies to help you make progress safely and effectively.

    Quality care—wherever you are.

  • Dry needling is a skilled technique used to treat pain and movement impairments. It involves inserting thin, sterile monofilament needles into trigger points—tight bands of muscle or “knots”—or near tendons, ligaments, or nerves, depending on the condition being treated.

    How it Works:

Dry needling stimulates the body's natural healing response by:

    • Releasing muscle tension

    • Improving blood flow

    • Reducing inflammation

    • Modulating nerve sensitivity

Dry needling is often used for conditions such as low back pain, neck pain, shoulder impingement, tendonitis, headaches, muscle strains, and more. It’s a powerful tool to help you move better, feel better, and get back to doing what you love.

  • Spinal manipulation is a hands-on technique used to improve joint mobility, reduce pain, and restore proper movement in the spine. It involves a quick, controlled thrust to a specific spinal joint, often producing a painless “popping” sound.

    Benefits of Spinal Manipulation:

    • Relieves neck, back, and joint pain

    • Improves spinal mobility and alignment

    • Reduces muscle tension and stiffness

    • Enhances overall function and movement

    • Complements exercise and other manual therapies

It’s especially effective for conditions like acute low back pain, neck pain, and certain types of headaches. When used as part of a comprehensive rehab plan, spinal manipulation can help you move more freely and recover faster.

  • Soft tissue techniques are hands-on or instrument-assisted methods used to reduce muscle tension, improve circulation, break down scar tissue, enhance flexibility, and relieve pain. These approaches are used in physical therapy to promote healing, improve movement, and support long-term recovery.

    Common Techniques:

    • Massage Therapy

    • Cupping Therapy

    • Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM)

    • Active Release Technique (ART)

    • Myofascial Release

    • Trigger Point Therapy

  • Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) Therapy is a training technique that involves applying a specialized cuff or band to partially restrict blood flow to a muscle during low-load exercise.

    Benefits:

    • Promotes muscle growth and strength with lighter weights

    • Enhances recovery and rehabilitation after injury or surgery

    • Reduces joint stress compared to traditional heavy lifting

    • Improves muscle endurance and performance

    • Accelerates healing by stimulating muscle activation and blood flow

BFR is especially useful for active adults and athletes who need effective training without overloading healing tissues.
